Privacy Policy
We take data privacy and security very seriously at Biz Hub (the organisation who helped develop Bindah), and we are dedicated to earning and maintaining the trust of all of our customers. We are GDPR compliant, but strive to exceed the standard wherever we can. Whether you are just evaluating, or a subscribed customer, here is where you will find how we protect your privacy and keep your data secure.
Bindah AppAfter logging into the app for the first time, we store an identifier on the device so you don’t have to log in each time you launch the app. Logging out of the app deletes this identifier. If you create or are responsible for a Submission in Bindah, your name, email address and contact phone number will be shown to other users from your Council. This allows other members of your organisation to identify who to contact for enquiries. We will never share personal information we collect with a third party.
Beta TestersIf you decide to become a beta tester for our service, we will need to share your email address with Apple and Google to invite you to the respective beta test programs.
Links to Other Web SitesThis privacy notice does not cover any links which may be presented to you within this app linking to other websites. Those websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a linked site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy policy.
Access to Your Personal InformationYou are entitled to access your personal information that we store. Email your request to our data protection officer Robert Brown. If you have any issues with how we process data, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this Privacy NoticeWe regularly review our privacy policy. This privacy notice was last updated on 4th October, 2022.
